SmileCare does not include radiographs, diagnosis, treatment below the gumline, periodontal therapy, extraction, anesthesia, surgery or veterinary dentistry. Bleeding, loose or fractured teeth, swelling, facial pain, masses, severe odor or difficulty eating require veterinary evaluation.

No. It is non-anesthetic oral hygiene maintenance. Veterinary dental care may include examination, radiographs, cleaning below the gumline, treatment and anesthesia—none of which are provided by SmileCare.
Can every dog receive SmileCare?
No. Suitability depends on visible oral condition, behavior and tolerance. We may decline or stop the service and recommend a veterinarian when the dog’s needs are outside the service scope.
Will it cure bad breath?
