Information you submit
The booking form may collect your name, email, WhatsApp number, service address, ZIP Code, preferred schedule, selected service, dog profile, notes and an optional pet photo.
Why we use it
We use the information to review route feasibility, understand the requested care, prepare a quote, respond to the request and coordinate the appointment.
Pet photos
A photo helps us estimate size, coat and service needs. It is not used in marketing or published in the gallery without separate permission.
Storage and access
Information is kept only as needed for appointment operations, communication and reasonable business records. Access should be limited to people who manage My Luz Canino requests.
